The Sacred Ritual for the Creation of the Cloud was released by Saint Germain through his messenger Elizabeth Clare Prophet on October 11, 1980, at Camelot, as a gift to those who have "yearned to know how to produce constructive change both in themselves and in the world." The ritual is based on the teachings presented by Saint Germain in his book Intermediate Studies in Alchemy.

El Ritual Sagrado para la Creación de la Nube fue dado por Saint Germain a través de su Mensajera, Elizabeth Clare Prophet el 11 de octubre de 1980, en Camelot, como un obsequio para aquellos que han "añorado saber cómo producir cambios constructivos, tanto en sí mismos como en el mundo." He shows us how to magnetize millions of "focal points of light" into a brilliant, pulsating 'cloud' of infinite energy that can then be directed into specific conditions upon the planet—including disease, pollution, crime, and even war.

Through the messenger's invocations, meditations, and visualizations, we are led step by step in the creation of this sacred cloud, which Saint Germain describes as "everywhere present but nowhere manifest until called into action."

When you participate in the Ritual of the Creation of the Cloud, you must be careful to keep your concentration one-pointed, focused, and intense. The sections where everyone recites aloud together were highlighted in bold type. It is suggested that you be seated in order to remain in profound meditation. After listening to the opening invocation by Mother, simply turn the page following the bold letters.

Cuando participéis en el Ritual de la Creación de la Nube, debéis tener cuidado en mantener vuestra concentración en un solo punto, focalizada e intensa. The most important part of your ritual occurs in invo­cation 16, when you direct your cloud to a particular purpose. All who give the cloud must have a precise understanding and visualization of its purpose and be able to articulate it in a worded insert.

Before beginning a session, it is essential to compose a very specific insert assigning the cloud to the healing of a particular situation. This should be read aloud by all participants at the appropriate blanks. (At each blank, there is a pause where you may stop the audio to give your insert.)

In the name of the mighty I AM Presence I invoke the cloud. I invoke the cloud of Saint Germain. I invoke the cloud of infinite energy descending from our own God Presence!

So, from the horizon of great God-free being, all-seeing eye of God within us, reveal unto the soul here and now the vision of the cloud. Let the blind be healed and let them see with the inner sight that which is revealed by God as this forcefield of infinite energy.

Now standing as you are before your own blessed Christ Self, you know as you have never known before that the highest vision of your own blessed being is contained in your own Christ Self. Therefore, you want no other vision. You desire no other vision but the vision of the Holy Christ Self.

You are beginning to see it intensify and become more solid. See it as a milky white radiance, “an electronic vibratory action of vital, moving, ineffable light.”

Now let the mind draw a circle around the self, around the cloud. Let the cloud be the auric egg, the forcefield of the egg around oneself and see that there is a definite circle that is the edge of the cloud.

The cloud intensifies within it, presses against it, intensifies. More and more light is summoned as we make the call. And within that auric egg it becomes more and more and more intense, more brilliant, more vital, more pulsating. [20 sec. pause]

Visualize four and a half feet in either direction from the heart. Establish the visual concentration. See this circle of awareness beneath and above, coming together at the top of the auric egg. [20 sec. pause]

From the mind we transfer the action to the nine-foot area around the physical form. You develop a spherical sense of being able to concentrate on this white light at every point within the auric egg all at once.

We can intensify the vibratory action of the cloud. In this case, we coalesce more light around each central point of light; for our cloud is composed of many light points whose auras diffuse and blend with one another, making the total effect one of a lacy yet highly concentrated white radiance, a pure swirling cloud of cosmic energy. Now within this nine-foot cosmic egg around us we are aware of millions and billions of points of Light. And this light in obedience to our call is like the fire infolding itself. It is becoming more of the light that is internal to that point. [20 sec. pause]

Now we approach the altar of our alchemical experiment. We visualize once again the secret chamber of the heart, the altar. Our blessed Christ Self is before us very close. We are kneeling. The blessed One is blessing the third eye.

Let this cloud of God consume now: all opposition to a peaceful, fair and victorious in the Light presidential election in the USA on November 3rd, 2020 and to a Victory for the Light.
