Kuan Yin ocupó el cargo de chohán del séptimo rayo durante dos mil años hasta que Saint Germain lo asumió al finalizar el siglo XVIII. En la tradición budista, Kuan Yin es la forma femenina del Avalokitesvara hindú y tibetano, emanación del Buda Amithaba. Se la ha identificado con Tara, la Diosa Blanca del Tíbet. Pudo haber ascendido hace miles de años, mas ha pronunciado los votos de bodhisattva para servir a la tierra hasta que todos los hijos de la Luz sean libres.
